About 8 Years Earlier than Expected

Rosebud, dancing beside me in the mall:  "Mom, I really want a iPad."

I was speechless for several seconds, then I just laughed in disbelief!

A little later she explained: "An iPad has Angry Birds!  I love Angry Birds."

I realized that I was officially old/"THAT" sort of grown-up when my 13-year old niece assured me that she understood what that song on the radio was about.

I took one look at her and said: No. Actually. You really don't.

Praise God.

These kids . . .thinking they know stuff. :)
