Self-Absorbed Delay Tactics

I am dragging Rosebud to the bathroom.  She is wailing: "I don wanna go poooottty!"
We pass the bathroom mirror. 
She stops crying as an idea strikes her.
 "Mommy, I wanna see my mad face."
